Spraypainted Lines I Amber Spencer

The sidewalk that leads from Eccles A to Eccles C goes straight and then it turns at a ninety degree angle to the right or left. To get to the middle door of my apartment you need to turn right. Many people cut through the grass straight to the door instead of following the sidewalk. In the area that we cut through the grass there are two parallel red spray painted lines in the grass. It looks like a pathway was spray painted out telling students that its ok to use this grass patch to walk across.
There have been many comments about how maybe the facility is considering adding cement to this area, but that would only leave a little patch of grass between the new cement and the cement that is already there.
It may also be because when it rains then this area gets slightly muddier than the rest of the grass, due to so many students walking through it.
